I have recently read some excerpts of the book Messages from Water by Masaru Emoto. It was interesting to me because according to his claims if human speech or thoughts are directed at water droplets before they are frozen, images of the resulting water crystals will be “beautiful” or “ugly” depending upon whether the words or thoughts were positive or negative. Emoto claims this can be achieved through prayer, music or by attaching written words to a container of water.
Some have criticized his claims to to insufficient experimental controls during his studies. It does make you wonder though doesn’t it?
A man is but the product of his thoughts. What he thinks, he becomes.
“Your own words are the bricks and mortar of the dreams you want to realize. Your words are the greatest power you have. The words you choose and use establish the life your experience.”
Gracious words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body.
But what comes out of the mouth proceeds from the heart, and this defiles a person.
“Watch what you say! Say what you mean, and mean what you say.”
A kind word at an opportune moment can go a long way to lighten the burden someone else is carrying… 🙂
