Sometimes we forget that natural essences and plants and herbs are not just beautiful to look at, they have wonderful healing properties as well!
Here are some of my favorite plants and flowers that are readily available along with some of their benefits. ♥
If you are suffering from mental fatigue add a few drops of Peppermint to a handkerchief and inhale deeply! (Works great for headache relief too!)
To boost your energy level vaporize zesty citrus oils of Orange, Grapefruit, Lemon or Lime. Avoid warm-smelling fragrances as they hamper activity.
Soft florals like Jasmine, Ylang Ylang and Geranium are best to boost self esteem and increase security. (Jasmine & Gardenia white florals happen to be my favorites! Fresh and Bright!) Grab some of our All Natural Jasmine Butter here. (A perfect moisturizer for after a day in the sun!)
When your spirits are low try vaporizing some Rosemary & Eucalyptus…they will come to the rescue.
To help you be more alert try an essential oil blend of Jasmine, Basil, Cedarwood and Ylang Ylang.
If you suffer from nervous exhaustion a combination of Lavender and Jasmine essential oils will help restore your natural balance.
If you are feeling sad or anxious try vaporizing some Patchouli or Geranium oil; they are reputed to be both grounding and stimulating.
Rose, Cypress and Lavender will boost feelings of contentment. ♥
